Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive professional with 3 to 5 years of project coordination experience. This person thrives in a dynamic environment and works effectively with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and multitasking abilities are essential for success. The candidate is motivated by problem-solving, capable of managing schedules and resources, and committed to supporting smooth project execution from start to finish.

Required Skills:
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in project coordination or a related role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate and maintain clear communication among multiple teams and stakeholders

Basic understanding of project management principles and ability to track project progress, schedules, and budgets

Self-motivated with problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently
