Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central coordination point for cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, HR, recruitment, finance, and business stakeholders.
  • Support program and project managers with delivery planning, milestone tracking, and RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) management.
  • Maintain project artifacts such as timelines, status reports, resource plans, and trackers in alignment with CCoE PMO standards.
  • Manage and report on key business metrics, KPIs, and team utilization dashboards to enable decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Coordinate onboarding and readiness of internal and external project resources across delivery units.
  • Support vendor and partner engagement processes, including tracking, escalations, and documentation.
  • Drive consistency and compliance with CCoE governance processes across project engagements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery frameworks, tools, and templates.

Candidate Profile:

  • 5+years of professional experience in business operations, talent coordination, or project support roles.
  • Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments handling multiple priorities across stakeholders and geographies.
  • Experience in data and documentation management, stakeholder coordination, and reporting (Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, MS Project, or Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Exposure to recruitment operations, delivery functions, or shared services environments is highly desirable.
