We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator / Project Management Specialist to join our US based client's team. This individual will play a key role in supporting and managing various projects, with a strong focus on process improvement, scheduling, automation, and documentation. The ideal candidate will bring both hands-on project experience and project management skills to help streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support training and consistency across teams.
  • Utilize Microsoft tools such as Planner, Teams, Excel, and Power Automate to manage tasks, communication, and workflows.
  • Assist in implementing automation solutions and monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Support project tracking, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Planner, Teams, Excel, and Power Automate.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze processes and recommend automation or workflow improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience creating or maintaining SOPs or training documentation is highly desirable.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Project Management experience is preferred.
  • Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps) is an advantage.
  • Background in process improvement, operations, or business analysis.
