Project Coordinator

Your Tasks:

  • Scheduling of main component demands according to project needs.
  • Follow up on not configurable options with the relevant engineering departments.
  • Release, monitoring and adjustments of timelines throughout the project phase.
  • Monitoring of components, regular actualization and adjustment of project supply timelines.
  • Communication of supply timelines and related topics to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordination of interface meetings with all relevant parties.
  • Coordination, synchronization of activities to avoid bottleneck situations and conflicts.
  • As a Project Coordinator you will report directly to the Group Lead of Project Coordination & Tracking.

Your Profile:

  • Engineering Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical with minimum 5-8 years relevant work experience in complex supply chains and operations.
  • Fluent English is a must (German speaking is preferable)
  • Experience in working with SAP ERP ECC or S/4 Hana and preferably Teamcenter.
  • Very good Excel/skills, preferably VBA knowledge
  • Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented working.
  • Very good communication skills, strong planning and organizational skills
  • Project management experience highly beneficial.
  • Intercultural understanding, ability to work productively in multitask teams and team player attitude.
