Job Purpose

To oversee and coordinate multiple (2–3) construction projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution, cost control, adherence to schedule, quality, and safety standards while serving as the key link between site teams, consultants, clients, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project activities across assigned sites from planning to handover stages.

·
• Work closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Contractors to ensure timely project execution.

·
• Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules, progress reports, and milestone tracking for all sites.

·
• Ensure effective coordination between design, procurement, execution, and quality teams.

·
• Review project drawings, technical documents, and ensure work is executed per approved specifications and standards.

·
• Oversee resource allocation (manpower, materials, machinery) across multiple projects for optimal utilization.

·
• Conduct periodic project review meetings with site teams and management.

·
• Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks; take corrective measures to maintain project timelines.

·
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and statutory bodies for approvals, inspections, and documentation.

·
• Support in budget preparation, cost monitoring, and ensuring adherence to approved budgets.

·
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards at all project sites.

·
• Guide, mentor, and evaluate site teams for performance and productivity improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

·
• Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma with extensive experience may also be considered).

·
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in civil construction project coordination / execution.

·
• Industry: Building Construction / Commercial / Residential / Infrastructure Projects.

·
• Exposure: Should have handled multiple mid to large-scale projects independently.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills.

·
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and Excel-based project tracking.

·
• Sound technical knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

·
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

·
• Ability to travel frequently and manage multi-location project operations.

·
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
