Responsibilities Club Administration o Organize and oversee club meetings by working closely with club members and business leaders to ensure smooth execution of activities o Maintain accurate records of club activities attendance and feedback L D Branding o Develop and execute strategies to enhance the brand of the Learning and Development department o Create promotional materials to highlight the value of club initiatives o Promote the club s activities through various channels to attract new members and increase participation Club Adoption o Establish connections with Competency and Vertical leaders guest speakers and SMEs for club events o Implement measures to track and improve club adoption rates among employees Event Coordination o Work on the event planner calendar and share it with all stakeholders in advance o Book discussion rooms training rooms in advance arrange resources as per timelines defined by liaising with admin team other support functions o Keep stock of the club s resources like goodies electronic equipment and other materials Learning Analytics o Utilize analytics tools to gather data on club effectiveness and participant feedback Qualifications Skills Required o Bachelor s degree o Training experience is a prerequisite o Strong organizational and project management skills o Passion for hosting large scale events and connecting with a diverse workforce o Must be proficient in using MS Office applications including PowerPoint Word and Excel o Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Basic understanding of learning technologies and platforms o Enthusiasm for promoting a culture of continuous learning
