Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred. - 8+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development. - Proven experience designing and managing large-scale leadership development programs. - Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, leadership frameworks, and coaching methodologies. - Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with learning management systems (LMS), assessment tools, and leadership diagnostics. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders. Preferred Skills: - Certification in coaching (e.g., ICF) or leadership development. - Experience working in global or matrix organizations. - Familiarity with digital learning platforms and virtual leadership development.
