The position is responsible for the execution of our organizations learning initiatives, directly contributing to the development and enhancement of our employee capabilities. This role demands a proactive and execution focused approach to identifying training needs, designing and delivering targeted learning solutions, and evaluating their impact on individual and organizational performance.
The ideal candidate will dive deep into the operational aspects of learning and development, leveraging technology, data, and best practices to deliver high-impact learning experiences across the organization. This hands-on role requires a blend of planning, practical execution skills, and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps, training requirements, and performance improvement opportunities across the organization.
- Training Delivery: Deliver or oversee the delivery of training programs, ensuring effective facilitation, engagement, and knowledge transfer.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with HR and department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives with performance management processes.
- Program Management and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of L&D programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet established objectives.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external training providers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness of services.
- Project Management: Utilize project management methodologies to effectively manage L&D initiatives, including defining scope, creating timelines, assigning resources, and tracking progress.
Dashboard/MIS/Analytics: Develop and manage dashboards, metrics, and analytics to track the effectiveness of L&D programs and identify trends.
- LMS Adoption: Drive LMS adoption and usage among employees through effective communication, training, and incentives.
- Evaluation and Measurement: Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs using appropriate metrics and analytics.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to incorporate innovative training solutions.
