About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development HR professional with 3 years of experience to design, implement, and manage training & development programs that drive employee growth and organizational capability.
Note: This role is focused only on L&D and Employee Engagement (no recruitment responsibilities).
Key Responsibilities
- Design & deliver learning programs.
- Coordinate and manage onboarding programs for new employees
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness
- Support managers with Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Drive employee engagement & leadership development initiatives
- Manage training calendar, vendors, and documentation
- Stay updated on latest L&D tools and trends
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Learning & Development
- Strong facilitation & presentation skills
- Ability to design classroom, virtual & digital learning content
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- MBA / PGDM in HR / Organizational Development (preferred)
