
Customer Support Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Promote and explain nutrition and supplement products effectively.
- Address customer queries with accurate and timely solutions.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.
- **Experience**: 6 months - 1 year in voice process / customer service role (freshers with excellent communication can also apply).
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi (mandatory - read, write, and speak).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Energetic, customer-driven, and target-oriented personality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
