**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Sales Coordination & Marketing Support**:

- Support the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and progress tracking to help achieve enrollment and business targets.
- Coordinate and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance school visibility and admissions.
- Liaise with vendors for promotional materials, advertising, and digital campaigns.
- Assist schools in planning admission drives, events, and open houses.

**Admissions & Operations Support**:

- Support admissions teams in meeting enrollment goals and implementing a structured admissions process.
- Train telecallers and counselors to improve conversion rates and handle parent objections efficiently.
- Oversee daily operations at school branches, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and handle administrative and backend work as guided by senior management.

**Hiring & Recruitment Coordination**:

- Assist schools in their training and onboarding of new staff members.

**Vendor & Stakeholder Management**:

- Liaise with vendors for timely delivery of marketing materials and school support services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, founders, and key stakeholders.

**Travel & On-Ground Support**:

- Travel to different school locations for marketing campaigns, events, and operations support as required.

**Personal Assistant to Founders**:

- Coordinate meetings and prepare briefings and materials for engagements.
- Handle confidential correspondence and administrative tasks for the founders.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as required to support founders’ day-to-day priorities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, operations, school management, HR, or executive assistance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and problem-solve proactively.
- Willingness to travel across different school locations as required.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
