Office Administrator

Summary
**Responsibilities**
- **Greet and assist visitors**: Welcome visitors warmly, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- **Maintain office organization**: Keep office spaces tidy, manage office supplies inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure the efficient operation of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- **Records and data management**: Create and maintain accurate records, both physical and digital, and update spreadsheets and databases as needed.
- **Schedule and coordinate**: Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and coordinate travel arrangements or event logistics when necessary.
- **Support company initiatives**: Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new hires, assist with company events and special projects.
- **Additional duties**: May include light bookkeeping, preparing reports, and generating presentations or correspondence.
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
- Customer service-oriented attitude and high level of professionalism.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
