**Location**: Chinchwad, Pune
**Employment Type**: Full Time (10 To 7 PM)
**Experience**:Minimum 1 Year
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
2. Account Growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
3. Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including sales, revenue, and client feedback.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
5. Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and the company.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Field
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in ZOHO software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
