**Location**: Chinchwad, Pune

**Working Days**: 6 days a week (Sunday off)

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee **daily accounting operations** including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare and maintain **financial statements**, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports as required.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Handle **GST, TDS**, and other statutory compliance, including filing of returns.
- Assist in the preparation of **annual budgets** and financial forecasts.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Perform regular **cash flow analysis** and provide management with financial insights and recommendations.
- Support the finance team in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.

**Qualifications**:

- **B.Com/M.Com degree** in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **1-4 years of experience** in accounting roles, preferably within the **manufacturing industry**.
- Proficiency in accounting software and **MS Office**, particularly **Excel**.
- Strong knowledge of **GST, TDS**, and other statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,183.36 - ₹31,204.37 per month
