**Qualifications**:

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Menu Development**:

- Design and develop a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
- Create seasonal and specialty items that align with our restaurant's concept and customer preferences.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead, train, and mentor the pastry team.
- Schedule and supervise staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all pastries and desserts meet our quality and presentation standards.
- Conduct regular taste tests and adjust recipes as needed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry kitchen.
- **Inventory and Budget Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Manage food costs and minimize waste.
- Keep accurate records of expenses and manage the pastry kitchen budget.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Executive Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive menu.
- Participate in menu planning and food tastings.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Occasionally interact with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle special requests and custom orders.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,874.16 - ₹50,489.95 per month
