**Job Description: Pastry Chef**

**Experience: 2-5 years**

**Location: Bandra**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pastry and Dessert Preparation**:

- Prepare and present a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked goods.
- Design and create custom desserts and seasonal specialties.
- Experiment with new recipes and techniques to expand the menu.
- **Kitchen Operations**:

- Oversee daily operations of the pastry section, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Manage the preparation, baking, and decoration processes to meet deadlines.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies to prevent shortages or waste.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Train and mentor pastry staff to ensure consistency and skill development.
- Delegate tasks effectively and oversee their execution.
- **Food Safety and Hygiene**:

- Adhere to and enforce food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to understand customer preferences and feedback.
- Accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests when designing menu items.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
- Expertise in pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert decoration.
- Diploma in Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of modern and traditional pastry recipes.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional creativity and artistic ability in dessert presentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
