**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, prepare, and present a wide variety of desserts, pastries, breads, and confections.
- Design and regularly update the pastry menu in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all pastry items.
- Supervise and train junior pastry staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and requisition supplies as needed.
- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation as per hotel and FSSAI standards.
- Work within budgeted food cost controls.
- Manage production timelines and ensure timely delivery of orders for restaurants, events, and banquets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into offerings.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/Culinary Arts with specialization in Bakery & Confectionery.
- Minimum **8-10 years of experience** as a Pastry Chef in a 4 or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Expertise in a wide range of baked goods, desserts, plated presentations, and modern pastry techniques.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Passionate about creativity, innovation, and quality.
