**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers for feedback, service reminders, or issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed and updated customer records in CRM or company systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, service, technical teams) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through the service processes.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
