**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automobile industry or a similar field.
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- **Skills and Abilities**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer complaints effectively.
- Good knowledge of automobile services and products is desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
