Customer Relationship Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters. Understand customer needs and objectives to offer suitable solutions.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction. Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Prepare regular reports on account status and customer feedback. Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities within existing accounts**.**
Ensure timely follow-ups and closures of client queries and escalations.
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross selling strategies.
**Requirements**: Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM role with a B2B or B2C company. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Self-motivated and target-oriented individual. **Compensation & Benefits**: Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month **Lucrative Incentive Structure: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month based on performance** Growth opportunities and performance-based promotions
