**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Your role will be crucial in maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their goals, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective digital marketing solutions.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Understand client goals, objectives, and challenges, and proactively address their needs by providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with our digital marketing team to develop and execute customised strategies that align with client objectives and drive results.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on campaign performance, discuss optimization opportunities, and address any concerns or issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and implementation of client requests.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall client experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, communications, and project details in CRM systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and terminology is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
