**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive

**Location**: Kanpur, Mall Road

**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or services.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Assist in sales and promotional activities to enhance customer engagement.
- Gather feedback from customers and report to management for improvements.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year preferred (Freshers can also apply).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
