As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing personalized support to address their concerns. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Serving as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending products/services that best meet their requirements.
- Conducting regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services to existing customers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data and inquiries.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
