**Job Summary**:
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our dynamic real estate team. The CRE will ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Handle and resolve client complaints and issues efficiently.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Generate regular reports on client activities and market insights for management.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Must have at least a Bachelor's degree

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the real estate sector.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Master's (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
