Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Lucknow. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, addressing customer queries and concerns, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery, and identifying opportunities for customer retention and growth. The role also involves preparing reports and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service, client management, and relationship building
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the scaffolding or construction industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
