Role Description:

We are hiring a full-time, on-site CRM Executive in Kanpur. This role focuses on customer follow-ups, regular calling, and maintaining healthy client relationships. The ideal candidate should be proactive, communicative, and comfortable with field visits and travel when needed.

  • Follow up with leads and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer support
  • Ensure timely resolution of queries and support requests
  • Assist in client retention and relationship-building activities
  • Travel locally for client meetings and site coordination as required

Job Type: Full-time
