Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Executive with 1–2 years of experience, preferably from an e-commerce or service/software-based company. The role involves managing customer interactions, resolving client queries, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and client inquiries across various channels (email, calls, chat).
- Handle post-sales communication and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Resolve customer queries related to services, order updates, escalations, and platform issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e-commerce, operations, technical, etc.) to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Update CRM systems with client communication, case history, feedback, and status.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and collect feedback for internal quality improvements.
- Assist with onboarding and educating new clients about services, platform usage, and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a CRM, customer service, or client servicing role, preferably in the e-commerce or service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving ability with a customer-first attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho)..
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and handling data entry/reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in managing B2B or D2C client accounts.
- Ability to multitask and manage customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
