Position: Area Marketing Manager – Advertising & Marketing

Salary Range: ₹6,00,000 to ₹18,00,000 per year (based on experience, skills, and

performance in interview)

Step 1: About the Role:-

As an Area Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Field

Sales Executives (FSEs) and ensuring the team achieves company sales and marketing

goals.

You will also plan and run marketing campaigns, train new team members, and make sure

targets are met on time.

This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and willingness to travel for

on-field work.

Key tasks include:

  1. Leading and managing a team of Field Sales Executives.

  2. Ensuring the team achieves daily, monthly, and yearly targets.

  3. Recruiting, training, and mentoring new members.

  4. Running customer acquisition and marketing campaigns in the field.

  5. Monitoring performance and reporting results to senior management.

Step 2: Candidate Requirements:-

Experience

● Minimum 7 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, or Business

Development.

● At least 4 years of team management experience (individual sales experience only

is not enough).

Age Limit

● 27 to 35 years (strictly within this range).

Preferred Industry Background

● Candidates from BFSI, Telecom, Fintech, or Field Marketing sectors preferred.

Skills & Qualities

● Strong leadership and team-handling ability.

● Good communication and people management skills.

● Comfortable with fieldwork and regular travel.

● Able to train, motivate, and guide team members.

● Target-driven, confident, and positive attitude.

Education

● Graduate (Bachelor's degree) required.

● MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
