To ensure every patient feels welcomed, understood, and cared for. Your main goal is to build strong, trust-based relationships with patients through personal interaction, warm communication, and front desk support — resulting in improved patient satisfaction, retention, and overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Warmly welcome all patients and visitors as the first point of contact
- Personally interact with patients, understand their concerns, and provide reassurance
- Build long-term relationships with patients to increase trust and loyalty
- Support the reception desk: manage appointments, maintain records, and coordinate follow-ups
- Guide patients to the right department or doctor smoothly
- Collect feedback from patients to improve service quality
- Follow up with potential leads and assist in converting inquiries into consultations
- Communicate clearly and kindly with both male and female patients
- Work closely with the telesales and HR team to maintain seamless experience
- Handle front desk hygiene, environment, and hospitality standards
- Support in executing patient care initiatives or awareness campaigns

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,452.70 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
