**Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive**

**Location**: Lucknow

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month (in hand)

**Experience**: 0-2 years (Fresher’s are welcome to apply)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Client acquisition & retention is on top priority.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Prepare and present reports on client interactions and feedback to help improve overall service quality.
- Travel to client locations as required providing on-site support and building stronger relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is a must.
- Possess a two-wheeler, laptop, and smartphone.
- Willingness and ability to travel anywhere as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
