1-Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
2-Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
3-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4-Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer support.
5-Strive to achieve and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset

**Experience**: 2yrs to 5yrs
