**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions, products, or services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
- Drive customer retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRE software
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales potential.
- Meet and exceed lead generation and sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and services.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years** of experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, inside sales, or a related field.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills** to effectively engage with potential clients.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** and CRM software.
- Ability to research, identify, and connect with potential customers.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive and customer-first mindset.
- Experience in the **e-commerce and digital marketing industry**
