**Key Responsibilities**:

- Explain the features and benefits of TruelyMarry to prospective users.
- Assist clients with the registration process and profile creation.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Address client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for user acquisition.
- Provide feedback to the team to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a business development or sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Experience in the matrimonial or online dating industry is a plus.
