We are seeking a dynamic, articulate, and proactive **Client Relationship Executive**to join our team who has prior experience in the OOH advertising industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Prepare and present customized **media plans** as per client briefs and campaign objectives.
- Conduct regular **follow-ups for payments** and coordinate closely with the accounts department to manage receivables.
- Coordinate with internal teams including operations, creative, and finance for smooth campaign delivery.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, deliverables, and payment collections in a timely manner
- Handle **third-party ad space coordination** — reach out to external media owners, check availability, and negotiate pricing when needed.
- Ensure campaign deliverables are met as per timelines and expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, media plans, proposals, and payment status
- Attend client meetings, calls, and reviews, and ensure all concerns are addressed proactively.
- Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management.
- Maintain professionalism and a client-focused approach in all interactions.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Word and PowerPoint
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and vendors to promote long-term collaboration.

**Key Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a **Client Relationship** role within the **OOH industry Mandatory.**
- Decent in English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Ms Office.
- Strong client handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with various teams, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive in managing client requirements and external vendor coordination.
- Familiarity with outdoor media formats, market rates, and vendor networks is a plus
