**Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Voice Role**
**Location**: Mohali
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions effectively.
- Maintain a call volume of up to **80 calls per day**, ensuring high-quality interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up as necessary.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in customer support.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a voice customer support role is essential.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Proven track record of managing high call volumes efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
**Shift Details**:
- **Shift Timing**: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
- **Work Schedule**: 5 weekdays with alternative Saturdays.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
