**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints or issues.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products/services.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and follow-up.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience 2 years of working in a customer service or call center environment, specifically in a US shift.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduation from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in handling support or sales-related queries is a plus.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
