**Job Title: Customer Service Executive**

**Location : F250 Industrial Area Phase 8B**
**Shift: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST**

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Manage customer database (CRM software) to track inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for service reminders, feedback, and promotions.
- Coordinate between the operations team and customers for service updates and delivery schedules.
- Develop personalized engagement strategies to convert leads into repeat customers.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve services and operations.
- Assist in creating loyalty programs, campaigns, and after-service care communication.
- Maintain service quality standards by ensuring consistent customer experience.
- Assist other teams with Data entry tasks.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Previous experience in US/Canada transportation or logistics Industry (preferred but not mandatory).**:

- **Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
