**Position Title**: Customer Service Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product/service information and troubleshooting.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating to higher management when necessary.
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Update customer accounts and information in the system.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Provide feedback to improve products, services, or processes.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Adhere to company policies and service standards.
- Strive to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- **Personal Traits**:
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
