**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Our organization is excited to announce that we are looking for a reliable Customer service Executive to join our Australian based Company.
As a Customer service Executive, you will be responsible for overseas calls and sales. You will be expert in managing all sales activities such as Overseas Calling and sales. You will also be responsible for setting organizational goals and objectives. You should be promoting the products and services offered by the company.
**Responsibilities**
- Setting sales targets for the organization.
- Explaining the products and services to the customers.
- Resolving customer complaints and doubts.
- Attending meetings with the sales team.
- Following up with the customers.
- Answering prospective customer’s calls as and when required.
- Preparing the sales reports for future reference.
- Create a customer database with all the required information.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any specialization or high school diploma.
- Working experience as a Customer Service Executive.
- Proven record of successful completion of sales quota.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles.
**Job details**Monday to Friday - 7.30 to 3.30
Saturday - half day
Pay: 15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month (depending upon Experience)

Language: English (compulsory)
