- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers.
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, payment processing, and order tracking.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams or departments for further assistance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
