Open Positions

  1. Customer Support Executive Voice Process (Inbound & Outbound)
  2. Customer Support Executive Non-Voice Process (Email & Chat Support)

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Resolve issues promptly while following standard procedures.
  • Manage accurate data entry and maintain reports.

Language Requirements

For Kochi Location:

  • Malayalam + English + (Tamil / Hindi / Telugu / Kannada)

For Bangalore & Kolkata Location:

  • Excellent Hindi & English communication (Voice)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Freshers and Experienced candidates both can apply.

Salary Details

  • Kochi: 15,000–20,000 TH (2–2.25 LPA CTC)
  • Bangalore: 26,000 CTC per month
  • Kolkata: 23,000 CTC

Work Schedule

  • 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Off
  • 9-hour shifts (including 1-hour break)
  • 24/7 Rotational Shifts based on business requirement
  • No Cab Facility
