- Fast typing speed with accuracy (minimum 30 WPM preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle high chat volumes while maintaining quality service.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers via live chat with inquiries related to products, services, orders, and troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate and timely responses while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, services, and promotions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on queries and feedback.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- US shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
