**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years

**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for senior staff
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is organized and tidy
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed
- Handle filing, data entry, and maintain office records
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and support various departments
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and visitors as required
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and a proactive attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Should be based in or around Trikakara.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
