**Role Summary**:
We’re looking for a proactive and organized **Executive Assistant / Administrative Coordinator** to provide secretarial and administrative support to management. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, efficient coordination, and effective communication across teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules for management.
- Maintain vendor contracts, invoices, and payment records.
- Coordinate meetings, office supplies, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR and payroll functions as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate with **2+ years** of experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
- Strong proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** and documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in **English and Malayalam** (Hindi is an advantage).
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
