**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle office administrative tasks such as managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Assist with office supply management and procurement.
- Coordinate and support internal and external communications.
- Handle general inquiries and provide assistance to other team members.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and assist in any administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage documentation and support the preparation of reports.
- Assist in HR-related tasks (e.g., leave management, employee records).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Fluency in the Tamil language (both written and spoken) is a must.
- Any degree (preferably in Business Administration or related fields).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle administrative responsibilities effectively.

- Bachelor's (preferred)
