Finio is a payment recovery and money collection company that helps businesses, co-op societies and other entities to recover their overdue payments from other businesses or individuals using legal processes. We pride in our No Recovery No Fee model and have successfully recovered payments and bad debts for many businesses and housing societies.
We are now looking for an office administrator for our Pune office to help grow the business in the city.
The responsibilities of the individual will include:
- Maintaining excel data files - updating files based on input data
- Visiting client site for follow-ups and other work as necessary
- Calling clients for follow-up and payment reminders
- Payment reconciliation and creation of invoices
- Work from home opportunity
- Good English and Hindi skills both written and spoken.
- Prior experience working with Excel (formulas, vlookups, pivot tables, etc) and Word.
- Tele-calling experience is a plus
- **IMPORTANT: Must have laptop and a 2 wheeler**
