**Job Title: Chinese / WOK / Dim Sum Chef (1st Commi/ DCDP)**
**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional and contemporary Chinese dishes to high standards.
- Skillfully handle a Wok and other traditional cooking tools.
- Make Dim Sums and other specialty Chinese foods.
- Develop and test new recipes to enhance the menu and improve customer satisfaction.
- Supervise kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and maintain smooth kitchen operations.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring the freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or in a similar culinary role.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques, ingredients, and cooking styles.
- Ability to create both traditional and modern Chinese dishes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity in food preparation and presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
