Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook Chinese dishes as per recipes and menu guidelines.
  • Assist in preparation of dim sums, noodles, stir-fry, soups, and sauces.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area, utensils, and equipment.
  • Follow portion control, storage, and food safety standards.
  • Assist the Chinese Chef in mise-en-place and daily kitchen operations.
  • Ensure food is cooked and presented on time during service.
  • Report any shortages of ingredients or kitchen equipment issues.
  • Support in catering events and large-scale food production when required.
