**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients, walk-ins, and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Manage appointment scheduling for property viewings and meetings.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
- Assist sales agents with documentation, printing, and other admin support.
- Coordinate with marketing or listing teams to update property brochures, flyers, and displays.
- Handle daily correspondence, incoming/outgoing mail, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Manage basic records for listings, leads, and customer databases.
- Support in organizing open house events, client meetings, and property exhibitions.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling client and transaction details.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- High school diploma required; diploma or certification in Business Administration or Office Management preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front office or administrative roles (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM usage.
- Friendly, proactive, and presentable.
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic real estate terminology and processes (preferred but not mandatory).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with real estate CRMs or listing platforms (e.g., PropTiger, MagicBricks, or local equivalents).
- Basic understanding of property documentation or RERA guidelines (region-specific).
- Experience working with a sales-driven team or agency setup.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
