**Introduction**:
As a Front Office Admin in the Real Estate sector, you are the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression and maintaining efficient office operations. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks while providing exceptional customer service to clients and guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answering and directing incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings for real estate agents and brokers.
- Assisting with paperwork and documentation related to property transactions.
- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Providing administrative support to the real estate team as needed.
- Handling inquiries from clients, prospective buyers, and tenants.
- Assisting with marketing efforts, including social media management and content creation.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role preferred.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
